I was very luck to have received a reply
of Korea presidential palace on Dec.4,1998. It just is after 17 days when
I sent my postcard. The envelop is very big, a mark of Korea presidential
palace is printed its above-left corner.(See below) |

| The reply is:" Dear Han Wen Guang , It's
a great pleasure to me to enclose herewith an autograph of H.E. President
Kim Dae-jung as requested by you. I seize this opportunity to wish yo
all the best of health and happiness. Sincerely yours Ｋim Yoosuk A assistant
Director (November 28,1998 ) " The address,
(post code) Telephone, Fax and a mark of "CHONG WA DAE" (Presidential
palace) are printed on the letter paper.
President Kim Dae-jung's autograph is Korean word. The autograph look like dignified and imposing, couple hardness
with softness, reflect a long-steeled and dauntless politician width bosom.
There is a small letter is 811-2402, I
don't understand its meaning up to now -- date or time of autograph? The
date of autograph should be on Nov.24-28 according the arrival postmark
and dispatching chop of reply envelop. I hope you could help me to find
a clue to the mystery.
In order to appreciate and study the autograph
of Kim Dae-Jung, a few autographs was collected at below for reference.
Right one is a autograph on the "Jointly declaration" published

| In order to thanks Mr. Kim Yoosuk and inform
him that I have smoothly received his mail, I sent him a new year card of
Chinese "hog" year with lottery. unlucky, because the prize winning
rate is so low, This card has drawn no any prize, so that I am very hesitate
to mail him again ! |
