　If arrange in time sent letters, German chancellor KOHL is first foreign country leader to be asked autograph by me. Beaause this is first time, you could see that write words on the postcard is quite roughness. I'm afraid my twist around handwriting is not as good as German schoolchild yet, and my English is so poor, I don't know really what sense KOHL will has after he saw this postcard? The postcard used a regular stamped postcard "liangzheyucong" issued on Dec.5,1997. (166x102mm). Excepting stamps issuesd jointly by CHINA and GERMANY (serial　number 1998-19), I choosed five stamps printed German famous persons portrait yet.(See below)　

　　In order to prepareing these stamps,I spent many times.That C-35 stamp has been issued more 40 years.its price has risen about one thousand times! And I must get the new stamp issued jointly by CHINA and GERMANY on Aug.20,1998.(First issued day)yet! No matter how, I have done all at long last.When a postal clerk stuck a registration label on my postcard and gave me a postal receopt,Time has been afternoon three o'clock, my nervous heart just gradually relaxes.

A chance encounter was happened when I was line up for sending the postcard.A foreigner stood behind me, look to be more 50 ages.he watch my postcard and is interested in it. So he is a German and a philatelist,He know the stamp is first issued in that day.He hopes to buy the stamp, but postoffices don't sell the stamp, he feels very disappointment. He ask me whether I would help him to buy the stamps, so, our frindship to be more 5 years long started.......(See eng9-0)
