| 2024 Revision Description: This website has been running for 21 years since its establishment in 2003. Time flies by, and the author has become an elderly person. The international community is also experiencing earth shaking changes. Looking back at these globally unique philatelic treasures, many renowned heads of state - such as German Chancellor Kohl, South Korean President Kim Dae jung, Cambodian King Norodom Sihanouk, Israeli President Weizmann Leaving this world one after another. But the precious handwriting they left behind forever records the faithful profile of these great men, highlighting their affinity for the people in the arduous and ever-changing peak time and space. In order to meet the practical needs of many stamp collectors, I have decided to spend time transforming this traditional computer website into a mobile and computer dual-use website. After several months of unremitting efforts, it has finally been launched and fulfilled my wish. To preserve historical memories, the new version has preserved the basic appearance of the original version. I hope this website and these philatelic products will exist for a long time, leaving a warm garden for stamp collectors in China and around the world.
