| According German rule, KOHL's leading body will become
a caretaker cabinet from Sep.27,1998. He will offwards from the federal
government on Oct.27,1998. I calculated the arriving time of my postcard,my
heart bit by bit has cooled down.
In my sense, German seems always to make some things
shocked the world.(It likes BRANDT WILLY suddenly kneel down to offer
an apology in front of POLAND's Jew cenotaph--See
a video-- ; Berlin wall suddenly break down in 1989).On Oct.15,
1998, when I opened my postbox and saw a envelop with BONN word,I all

There is a letter paper in the envelop,and the postcard
made by me. The letter was signed by premier office Mr.Dilbat (see below,original
210x295mm).I hurry up look over the postcard,I saw several time,I found
that autograph by KOHL at last! |

fur lhr freundliches Schreiben vom August 1998 herzlich danken.
Die von lhnen ubermittelte ist,mit seinem
Namenszug versehen,wieder beigefugt.
Der Bundeskanzler wunscht lhnen viel
Freude an dem interssanten Hobby und fur die Zukunft alles Gute.
