| The news causes my attention.
China and Albania is same one socialist camp in 20th century fifties to
seventies, Albania was reputed as " eagle country
" " A socialist bright lamp in Europe ".
A heroic stature of Albania people " one hand hold a pick, one hand
hold a gun " times appears in Chinese stamps ( See below 25-28, J-4
). China ever provided a large number aid to Albania. My many old schoolmate,
old colleague ever gone to Albania for constructing the vitriol plant, fertilizer
plant.....Tens years passed, the international society has happened a great
change, Albania has happened a great change yet. It has become a focus that
is concerned by international society because the Yugoslavia war in 1999.
How is this century ? What is to be develop the relations
between China and Albania ? Although I am a ordinary
Chinese, because too much impress is accumulated and have a reminiscence
and learning psychology, I have been to pay attention to the all kinds of
report about Albania. Now Albania President Meidani will visit to China
at established diplomatic relations 50th anniversary between China and Albania,
this is a good chance for philatelic exploration.
The selection of the stamps is a knotty problem in the course preparing the mail. China once issued 4 sets ( 10 pieces ) stamps about Albania (See below ), but Albania social system has happened an essential change now, some stamps have not evidently suited with its social system currently in effect! |
