It is reported that Israeli judicial authority is examining a case about the president Weizman accepted a large cash in he was an assemblyman.( See below Jan.4,2001 Youngtse evening paper) It is said that he ever accepted a large cash from a Jew millionaire who is a French nationality in he was an assemblyman, he used this money to pay a medical fee of his son who sustained an injury in the East-middle war, The Israeli judicial organ thinks Weizman ought to report this case or pay taxes. Weizman admitted to accept 450 thousands USD on Jan.3, but he said that it is only a present a gift between friends, without political intent and the law not formulates this money must to report or pay taxes. |
