Meidani very conscientiously autographed on the two side of the postcard. The postcard also has a characteristic, there are two clear arrival postmark (See middle above image), it is rarer in the world post service today (See eng12-0). Black one of them is a round mark (Diameter is 28mm), indicated "TIRANA POSTA -4-1. 08-00", other blue one is "TRANZITIN TIRANE -4-1.20-00". The first postmark should be a arrival mark of the Tirana international mail import bureau, the time is 8:00 Jan. 4,2000, it indicates the date of conveyance of mail is 17 days. Maybe direct route flight is less between Beijing and Tirana. The second mark should be a mark of the final destination post office, the "TRANZTIN" should be its place name. The time is 20:00 of the same day. The sent date of the reply letter is Jan.7( Only 3-4 days!). The date of arriving Nanjing is Jan.17, the date of conveyance of mail is 10 days, it is more normal.　

The "reference news" (Feb.8,2001) published a report of a reporter who is resident correspondent in Tirana, its title is " The eagle country has become -- Entrance Albania for four times", it narrated Albania variety of flux for tens years.
